Both projects - a bathroom renovation in Montgomery County (North Potomac) and a kitchen remodeling project in Takoma Park, Maryland demonstrate how our holistic in-house team creates spaces through budget-first transparency and intentional design and renovation company.

Grand Prize Award

Residential Bath — North Potomac, MD

A builder-grade bath needed to work harder for a young couple's daily routines. We created a spa-like retreat with a walk-in shower beneath the existing skylight - rain-head fixture, integrated bench, and natural light above. Custom white oak cabinetry with fluted millwork, vertical ribbed tile, and layered lighting make the space feel open, calm, and restorative.

Honorable Mention

Residential Kitchen - Takoma Park, MD

A couple wanted to preserve what worked in their kitchen while updating the rest. We replaced sharp corners with curved, grain-matched cherry cabinetry to improve circulation and flow. Push-to-open hardware, softened edges, and clear task zones create a space that's intuitive to use and comfortable to move through.
