Zen provided a very detailed bid, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. We were very pleased with the process and I would recommend Zen very highly.

We lived here with a one-year-old and a four-year-old during the renovation, and they loved saying hi to the crews every day. The design process was easy—they took a lot of the research and time out of the decision-making process, and the price was very reasonable for the services provided.

The real test for me was their attention to detail. They had specialists for every stage—tile, woodwork, painting—and everything was done right, even things I wouldn’t have thought about.

Communication was huge for me, and I always felt completely up to date throughout the project. It honestly wasn’t a stressful experience at all—I have nothing to complain about.

Everyone has a nightmare contractor story, and the fact that we don’t have one is something we love to share. Compared to renovations we’d seen with family, our project was seamless and stayed on budget.

We didn’t even have to move out—they did the work while we were living and working from home. The team was incredibly conscientious, and they actually took our ideas and made them even better.
