Our Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation
After we’ve discussed your project by phone or video call, we will meet on-site to review the project in more detail. We’ll continue to discuss what you are envisioning, make some design suggestions, and take measurements and photos.
Step 2: Design
Design, pricing, and construction planning happen together. Your designer guides layouts, materials, and finish selections—working closely with trusted partners like Crystal Cabinetry to create a kitchen tailored to how you live.
Step 3: Build
After we’ve discussed your project by phone or video call, we will meet on-site to review the project in more detail. We’ll continue to discuss what you are envisioning, make some design suggestions, and take measurements and photos.
Step 4: Completion & Warranty
We walk the finished space together and stand behind our work with a five-year workmanship warranty, plus Crystal’s limited lifetime cabinetry warranty.

From the design meeting to construction day and all through the entire renovation, Zen’s Owner, Designer, Foreman, and Construction Crew were fabulous from day 1 to the very last day. I literally have nothing but praise for this company. Romi Prados, our designer, brought my vision to life in just one meeting. She is extremely perceptive of your needs and desires and brings both elements together as if it were effortless. Peter Etherington communicated weekly, and I always felt up to date and taken care of. The foreman was always communicative, and the crew was so considerate, it was like they were not even here. They kept our home clean during the entire process and always ensured they never left without cleaning up at the end of the day … Without even asking or paying for it, they repainted our entire master bedroom so we could continue the zen feel into the bedroom. And just when you think they did enough, they go above and beyond and contact us to correct any settling that might have happened after the renovation. They have the best attention to detail I have ever experienced, and it was so refreshing after dealing with so many other horrible contractors in our past. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
