Sustainability
Continuing our focus on our local community, we prioritize quality and sustainability with each and every project. To do so, we repurpose waste, use energy-saving LEDs, and recycle shipping materials, plastic, paper, and metals. In addition, our office paper is 100% post-consumer recycled and FSC-Certified. Our custom cabinets are manufactured by Crystal Cabinets in Princeton, MN. They are certified by KCMA as carrying out the highest environmental standards in the cabinetry industry. All lumber waste is recycled into livestock bedding and paint resins are refiltered and recycled for reuse.
Socially Committed
We pride ourselves on being a people-focused company. Not only do we pay our staff well with above-market wages, but we offer company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 4 weeks of paid leave and company retirement with a company match.In addition, we are considerate of our local community, too. With this in mind, we donate 2% of company profits to organizations serving those struggling with homelessness to help everyone feel safe and secure with a place to live.
