Crisp & Contemporary
This project was defined by a moment of true partnership. When the homeowner initially sought a costly exterior bump-out, we advised a more intentional path. We optimized the existing Brightwood footprint to prioritize high-end interior architecture over raw square footage. By working within the original walls, we focused the budget on structural character and custom engineering. The finsihed primary suite balances vertical volume with sophisticated material contrast. The custom closet utilizes the room’s full height with integrated lighting and a black library-style rolling ladder. In the primary bathroom, a floating double vanity is set against a full-height tile feature wall and walk-in shower. This light-filled space finds its counterpoint in the guest bath, a moody retreat defined by vertical-stacked charcoal tile and matte black hardware.
